China-based technology giant Xiaomi just released another model in their redmi series with two versions –redmi note 5 pro and redmi note 5 regular. Redmi series of Xiaomi has been ruling the Indian market because of its attractive specifications at an affordable price.
Xiaomi usually sales its redmi series through flash sales in India. Xiaomi announced a flash sale of redmi note 5 on its Twitter handle early on Friday. A sale will be available at Flipkart and MI website at 12 PM IST.
The phone comes with a 5.99-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by
2160 pixels. Redmi Note 5 Pro runs Android 7.1.1 and is powered by a 4000mAh non-
removable battery. It measures 158.60 x 75.40 x 8.05 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 181.00 grams. The Redmi Note 5 Pro is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, FM, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope. Redmi Note 5 Pro is priced in India at Rs 13,999 for 4GB Ram variant and Rs 16,999 for 6 GB RAM variant.
Within a period of four years, the company has not only built a reputation for itself but also
made way to the very top of the ranking-list.
The Redmi series has been the star player for the company with smartphones like Redmi
Note 4 dominating online sales.
