A “Word War” is a war where words are used to win over each other thus defeating the other. It is a prolonged acrimonious debate. Let’s be clear that a debate not discussion is where you get extreme, loose breaks, get abusive, get rhetorical.

This topic in the context of India has been centralised in Article 19 of the Indian Constitution which asserts right to freedom of expression and speech -Article 19(1)(a) but what people tend to forget is that it has been confined with some riders should not hinder public law and order .

With the most famous incident of Mehar Kaur who expressed a thing and fleed from New Delhi is nothing but a total political stunt to get fame.
