The Supreme Court will hear on March 12 a request looking for a test by the Central Bureau of Investigation or Special Investigation Team regarding the claimed paper spill trick of Staff Selection Commission work examinations.

Association Home Minister Rajnath Singh has officially guaranteed the challenging understudies of a CBI test for the situation.

Solicitor, peak court legal counsellor Manohar Lal Sharma, said the issue on Monday before a seat, headed by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra, and furthermore including Justices A M Khanwilkar and D Y Chandrachud.

Underlining that it was a genuine issue including work prospects of thousands of understudies, Mr Sharma said that the peak court should mediate and pass a heading for the situation.

The Supreme Court set March 12 as the date for hearing the request. Mr Sharma made respondents (Parties) as the Staff Selection Commission, CBI and Ministry of Home Affairs. He additionally looked for stricter activity against those associated with this case. (offices)
