This will be the first time in the history of the Supreme Court when a Chief Justice headed bench will sit twice to listen to any case. In the matter of entry of women in the Sabarimala temple on Tuesday, the Supreme Court will hear twice. Once again, three new petitions will be heard and later on, 49 reconsideration petitions will be heard.
For the first time in the morning, around 11 a.m. three judges bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi will hear a hearing in Honor Cort. There will be a debate on the three writ petitions in front of this bench, in which Supreme Court has demanded that the judgment of the five judges of the Supreme Court on September 28 be reviewed again in this case. In this verdict, the Supreme Court allowed all girls and women of the age to enter Sabarimala temple.
Apart from this, the bench of five judges will also hear the matter at three o’clock in the afternoon. Four of the five judges who will hear the old verdict on this hearing on September 28 will be judged by the judge and Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi.
