Human Rights Day: Do We Really Know Our Rights?

Human rights are the basic universal rights of human beings that can not be deprived of human beings on the basis of race, caste, nationality, religion, gender, etc. on any other factor. All persons receive congenital freedom and equality in terms of dignity and rights.

In order to recognize human rights and to bring existence into existence, every year on 10 December, International Human Rights Day (Universal Human Rights Day) is celebrated to give strength to every fight for rights. This day has an important role in curbing the oppression against humanity in the whole world, giving new rewards to the struggle against it.

In simple words,  Human rights are the right to life, liberty, equality, and respect for any person. The Indian Constitution guarantees not only this right but also punishes the person who breaks it.

Equality

Human Rights Act came into force in India from September 28, 1993. On October 12, 1993, the government formed the National Human Rights Commission. Economic, social and cultural rights also come in the jurisdiction of the Commission with citizens and politicians. Such as child labour, HIV /AIDS, health, food, child marriage, women’s rights, custody and death in the encounter, rights of minorities and Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

Every year on December 10, International Human Rights Day is celebrated all over the world. This day basic universal for the protection of human rights and to protect human rights by looking at the plight of human life after the annihilation of the second, and the plight of human life politicians.

 In the year 1948, on 10 December, the UnitedNations General Assembly issued a declaration of universal human rights declaration to all countries to be aware of it, while protecting the dignity basic universal human being, and equality protected, on the, on 28 September 1993, the law became a law for human rights.

Another factor on October 12, 1993, National Human Rights Commission has been constituted, the National HumanRights Commission monitors all human rights-related matters and looks forward to protecting human rights at the constitutional level, from the child llabourerto the sick person to scheduled caste tribe.  

The National Human Rights Commission interferes with the rights of its rights It does not mean that after the birth of a person, the process of her rights starts, her duties and dignity remain open till her death from food and education till her death, so even today, on the occasion of International Human Rights Day, it is celebrated by making people aware about this.
