Our skin is a reflection of our diet. If you consume a lot of processed, sugary and fried food, it will lead to breakouts or uneven textured skin. Add the following foods to your diet for healthy glowing skin.


Cucumbers are not only high in water and are therefore good for your skin but they are especially useful during summer months.

Watermelon again has a degree of water and is therefore good for your skin. Watermelon seeds contain lycopene which is good for your face.


Tomatoes are another food item that contains high percentage of water along with Vitamin A and Vitamin C which is beneficial for healthy and glowing skin.

We all know this, but we tend to ignore it. Vegetables like kale, spinach, and broccoli are high in Vitamin A which lowers the production of oil that causes breakouts.
